Terms of Coverage:
Liftetime (20 years) materials and workmanship on products manufactured by Great Lakes Entry, Inc. This warranty includes boat lifts, docks, and accessories.
This warranty is not valid for failures caused by normal wear and tear.
This warranty is not valid for products not listed in this warranty.
Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims may be granted to the original purchaser only when submitted with this original warranty; signed and dated at the time of purchase, along with a copy of the Invoice/Receipt.
Statement of Warranty:
Should any defect covered by the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty be discovered, Great Lakes Entry, Inc. will repair or replace defective product provided that it is returned by the original purchaser; as stated below.
The liability under this warranty is limited solely to the cost of repair or replacement of the product at the discretion of Great Lakes Entry, Inc.
This warranty is void if the defect or damage is caused by accident, misuse, improper adjustment, improper assembly, improper application, unauthorized modifications, or transport.
Shipping, handling, and delivery fees to and/or from our facility are not covered under this warranty and will be the responsibility of the customer.
